We have two houses which is renting the frist and living on the second but our second house has two bedrooms.? - two bedroom house plans

Our second house has two bedrooms and is too small for us. We want to sell, but it will be difficult to market. Is it safe to simply wet the second and back to the first and could jeopardize our first mortgage and are bought or third house and the moisture in the second (even if we do, at 50,000).
