Average time to sell a home - question for real estate professionals? - renton real estate
As I stated in my area (Renton, WA), 2 bedroom 1 bathroom sold on average within 38 days condominium. Does this mean that the seller finds a buyer and achieve mutual recognition within 38 days? Or will a condo for sale will be completed within 38 days (which is ridiculous)?

Days on the market does not refer to the final day of the deadline. So ... "Have the right track! Days on the market can be misleading. For example, if the house was relisted on the market for 6 months with another agent, then with another agent and sold out in 7 days. The DOM is shown that 7 days, not more than 190 days.
