How much softball training goes to fitness? - softball training aids

I came especially for the perception, but of course only for fun and social aspect. How far to go to train? As far as football (soccer)? Our trainer has large amounts of power in football, 2k jogging, running, running with the ball, etc.

There are some opportunities in softball, but not as much as other sports. You have the opportunity to play softball, such as throwing, catching, Fielding, floor, etc. They also have long distances. Be aware of the fact you think.
