We have two houses which is renting the frist and living on the second but our second house has two bedrooms.? - two bedroom house plans
Our second house has two bedrooms and is too small for us. We want to sell, but it will be difficult to market. Is it safe to simply wet the second and back to the first and could jeopardize our first mortgage and are bought or third house and the moisture in the second (even if we do, at 50,000). I need help please!

You should try to sell the second house. You never know one, which could be sold quickly. There is a book titled "How to Sell Your Home in 5 days" by William G. Effros, if you try, you want to sell. He says it will sell for fair market value, if you do what the book says. If you do not sell, then you can try to rent it. I believe with all performances at this time, the need for more people to rent. If you have received on this exception, can ruin your credit for at least 7 years.
