Clothes have gone fluffy and bobbly from overwashing - any ideas? - blunt making machines

I have an obsession with bright colors heart, but all have introduced soft Bobbly because they are very expensive and I wash them-Ing. Has anyone an idea? I have tried to help this product with the name "Bobble off at all", and proposed to my aunt with a blunt knife and cut a little too far. This does not work properly, and rather than aggravate it.
